MIB for Ethics and Diversity
The "MIB way" is a different approach which is open to diversity and not just gender: our graduates are professionals who act with integrity and excellence to innovate and create better work environments.
When we speak about ethics, we mean a concrete change in the lives of participants and society. A measurable example of this commitment is Leadership Dynamics course, where students are asked to create and deliver a "gift" to their classmates, often with social repercussions that go well beyond the School. MIB encourages numerous charitable initiatives including blood donation, volunteering, sharing skills to cite a few examples.
Speaking of gender diversity, to facilitate the participation and the achievement of female candidates for professional positions of responsibility, MIB Trieste was one of the first Business Schools in Italy to propose scholarships for women.
There is also a Facebook page for women, to share opportunities and news about the world of work and female entrepreneurship, "MIB Women in Business & Society".
MIB WOMEN SCHOLARSHIPS PROGRAM
Through our "MIB Women" Scholarship Program, we strongly support our female candidates, and we advocate for greater equality and female representation in decision-making roles in the international business community.
MIB Women Scholarships cover up to 80% of the Masters' tuition fees.
