The new fully furnished and modern Studio Apartments include a single-use room with a wardrobe and desk in a two-person apartment, with shared bathroom, kitchen, and living area.
Each flat is equipped with a full bathroom with a shower, kitchen, living area with table and sofa, refrigerator, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, and heating.
Bed linen, bathroom linen, and kitchenware are available for a fee.
The rent includes air conditioning, independent heating, and Wi-Fi.
