Sustainability & Diversity

A comprehensive commitment to ESG principles

A sustainable School

The School embraces an inclusive approach to ESG criteria, integrating ESG principles across all courses and disciplines.
The curricula are designed to include objectives that emphasize ESG-related knowledge and skills and foster responsible business conduct.

This approach extends beyond course topics to encompass all facets of the School's operations and includes environmental stewardship, social responsibility, promoting diversity, and ethical governance.

Diversity

The School promotes an inclusive learning environment, emphasizing diversity across gender, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, socio-economic status, and geographical origins.
Scholarships specifically allocated for Women in MBA and Master programs demonstrate our dedication to gender diversity.
Beyond gender, the School actively promotes cultural, ethnic, and geographical diversity, ensuring students from varied regions and backgrounds contribute to a rich learning environment. MIB Trieste also prioritizes socio-economic diversity, offering financial aid to students from disadvantaged countries and contexts to facilitate equal access to education.

Students

We are committed to ensuring equal opportunities for all students by fostering an inclusive environment that makes no distinctions based on gender, marital status, nationality, ethnicity, religion, abilities, or socio-economic background.
To support this commitment, MIB Trieste offers scholarships for female candidates and underrepresented groups, promoting a highly inclusive and diverse participation in its Master's and MBA programs.

These initiatives aim to attract more diverse applicants and provide stronger support to candidates, prioritise socio-economic diversity, and offer financial aid to students from disadvantaged countries and contexts to facilitate equal access to education.

Currently, over 105 countries are represented by our graduates, and many programs are achieving gender parity among participants.
