Effectiveness, flexibility and concreteness inform choices for the most suitable format a company’s needs.

The formats the School proposes have been successfully tested in different business situations and with different types of participants. Formats can of course be customized by the Executive Education team to respond to specific needs.

 

Corporate Master Programs

Programs scheduled and structured according to the company’s needs. Ample space is given to project work within the company. Participants receive a Master’s Degree at the end. Format options include classroom, on-line or blended.

Corporate Programs

Medium-term programs cover various issues (soft and hard) and instruments.

Short courses

Short courses covering specific needs/issues.

Programs in Managerial Development

Programs to stimulate innovation and change and support growth of the entire company or a working team. In particular, programs work to improve business climate, manage groups better and renew the culture of the organization. May also be carried out in outdoor mode (sailing, golf, etc.).

Coaching

To help individuals or small groups fulfill personal or professional objectives.

Workshops

Meetings devoted to specific subjects that dynamically involve participants in analyzing and evaluating strategic corporate issues.

One to one meetings

Classroom Training

The Blended model integrates two components: the direct classroom interaction and the flexibility of online training. This increasingly popular format enhances the learning experience, utilizing classroom sessions for short periods while enabling uninterrupted work through online training technologies.
