A typical day
The morning in Italy begins with coffee!
On a typical day before lessons begin at 9, the school bar greets both sleepy and earlybird staff and instructors with an excellent illycaffè, of course, one of the School’s company partners.
Then the day can officially begin!
In the classroom, lessons are taught by internal and external instructors including managers, entrepreneurs and graduates who share their experiences and perspectives. Diverse approaches and professional dynamics offer plenty of opportunities for comparison and discussion.
Lunch is a chance for participants to mingle with participants from other Masters and courses in the School while taking advantage of the excellent cafeteria or the living room, where there are tables and a microwave, or outside on the patio where participants can have lunch on beautiful days.

The afternoon is reserved for lessons, studying and group work.
MIB Trieste School of Management has a library, computer lab and classrooms available for anyone who chooses to study at school.
For those who want to work out more than their brains, Ferdinando Palace is located in a beautiful park, Parco del Farneto, a strategic position for exercising or going for a run before going home.
The recently-built multi-purpose hall next to the historic building hosts sporting sporting events organized by participants within the "gift" project of the Leadership Dynamics course, where each student is asked to give a gift to the classroom.
You say you're a fitness coach in your spare time? Why not train your colleagues?

Outside the classroom: space for creativity
When we say that a Master is a 360 ° experience, it is precisely because it involves so many spheres and forces us to leave our comfort zone, to take risks in ways we’ve never done before.
Whether it's a culinary competition, a basketball game, the MBA Cup football challenge or the most famous sailing Regatta in Europe, the Barcolana, there are plenty of opportunities to broaden your horizons.
The international classroom makes everything more stimulating: a dinner, the Spring Ball, the opening performance of La Traviata at the historic Teatro Verdi, a Tour to discover Trieste and its surroundings ... everything you do here is a special experience because of the intensity of the program and the unique company of other participants.

Annual events have become traditions for current students as well as alumni from 30 years ago:

MIB on the Snow
A winter weekend together in Bad KleinKirchheim, Austria. Dedicated to lovers of skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and spas: two days of relaxation and fun. Beware! Meetings may end in marriage!

Alumni Reunion
It is the annual meeting of graduates in the Spring. Alumni come from as far as Australia, Brazil, as well as from neighboring Slovenia. The typical sentence? "Oh, you haven’t changed in 15 years!!!!"
A moment for sharing best practices, welcoming special guests, training sessions, golf tournaments, cultural visits, food and wine tastings and much more. The best part about this Reunion is meeting new and old friends and colleagues you know you can count on.
