Needs, contents, tools and methods

PROGRAMS
MIB Trieste School of Management develops an effective partnership with companies, guiding them in identifying needs, solving problems, and implementing solutions.
The collaboration aims to foster the renewal of organizational culture and the strengthening of corporate identity, working in synergy with partners and combining knowledge of the specific context with a balanced mix of academic and managerial skills.

Each training intervention starts with a needs analysis to identify and design content and define methods and tools.
  1. Needs analysis

    Context, needs, and opportunities assessment
  2. Content Analysis

    Definition of the project in its general contents that will be developed during the intervention
  3. Metodology analysis

    Definition of the methodologies with which the teaching process will be managed
  4. Choice of the tools

    Choice of means by which contents will be transmitted and processed
  5. Presentation and feedback

    Program proposal to the client followed by collection of feedback
  6. Implementation and delivery


Each planning phase is developed in collaboration with the organization, while the timing and manner of implementation are tailored to its specific needs. To ensure the highest quality, customized programs may include pilot editions, subject to modification based on participant feedback
