BOSCH GROUP

Program name: Lead Program
Total number of participants: 200+  new Bosch managers
Thematic area: Management Development - Leadership
Mode: Lessons in attendance - online tutoring
 
Working closely with the Governance of the Bosch Group, MIB Trieste School of Management developed the Bosch Lead Program, a project aimed at developing the managerial and leadership skills of managers who have recently assumed their responsibilities within the Group.
 
Highlights: the project, addressed to the Italian companies of the Group (Milan and Modena), was so well received that it was later exported to Bosch Group offices in Greece and the United Arab Emirates.

DANIELI GROUP

Program name: Danieli Academy
Total number of participants: 300+  top and middle managers
Thematic area: Organization - Management Development - Leadership
Mode: Lessons in attendance - online tutoring
MIB Trieste plays an important role in providing training courses within Danieli Academy, the group Corporate University.

Program name: New Management Program
Total number of participants: 23  new managers
Thematic area: Management Development - Leadership
Mode: Lessons in attendance - online tutoring
MIB Trieste School of Management designed a path for Fincantieri to provide new managers with the foundation to be effective in their managerial roles. The course also develops skills in the areas most requested by the company for managers: from strategy to customer care, to leadership and entrepreneurship.
 
Highlights: close collaboration and perfect harmony with the company put MIB Trieste in alignment with the needs expressed by Fincantieri, which has entrusted the School to provide not only training in the various managerial skills but also in transmitting corporate role models and Fincantieri values.

ASSICURAZIONI GENERALI S.p.A.

Program name: GATE (Generali Advanced Technical Education) 
Total number of participants: 500+  Generali Group employees
Thematic area: Management and insurance techniques
Mode: Lessons in attendance - online tutoring
MIB Trieste School of Management is a partner of Generali Group in the GATE program.
 
GATE - Generali Advanced Technical Education is an international training program offered by Generali Group Academy. The program was launched to ensure updating and innovation of technical and business skills for Generali Group employees in over 40 countries.
 
Highlights: the wide-reaching project has MIB Trieste School of Management project managers and faculty engaged on a diversified range of topics of strategic importance for the Group from an international perspective. Themes range from insurance techniques to marketing, statistics to information security, integrated communication and actuarial analysis.
