The MIB MBA opened my mind, I learned to see things from another perspective, I came face to face with cultures which were very different from my own. Thanks to the School I started working and developing project with China, building the basis for my career in Luxottica.

After the graduation in Mechanical Engineering, I’ve spent the first 10 years of my career in Technical and Maintenance departments.
During this period, I have understood that I needed to acquire knowledge and a new set of skills in order to have the chance to grow further and become a Manager with a complete vision of business, finance and operations.
I have therefore decided to attend an MBA in International Business to acquire that knowledge and skills in subjects like Finance, Marketing, Business Strategy.
After my MBA graduation, I had the chance within the same company to be involved in the marketing area, pursue a project abroad for an M&A and recently I moved in Glass 1989 becoming the C.O.O., managing the complete supply chain of the Company, with Suppliers from Middle and Far East and Customers all around Europe.
