The admission process to the MBA of MIB Trieste School of Management includes the following phases:

Step 1 - Online Application
Complete the ON-LINE APPLICATION, attaching your CV (preferably in English) and the motivational letter.
The Admissions Officer's advice is that the reasoning includes a text of at least 350 words, including spaces.
In the Application Form online you can also specify up to 3 Tuition Waiver of your interest (not accumulable among them).

Step 2 – Feedback by Admissions Officer
Within 2 working days you will receive feedback on your eligibility.
Step 3 – Documentation
If your application is admissible, you will be asked to send a series of additional documents to the School:
- Degree certificate and list of exams taken
- 2 people of reference, with their names, last names, roles and emails (from your university professors, your employer, colleagues, customers...)
- NOT mandatory: certificate of proficiency in English: TOEFL / IELTS or PTE (Pearson) *
- NOT mandatory: certificate of the logical-aptitude test score, preferably GMAT *
Other documents that you consider relevant for selection purposes:
- GMAT identification code of the MBA in International Business: PTX-VZ-32
- TOEFL identification code: 0100
- There is no identification code for the PTE
* If you have already obtained the GMAT, TOEFL or PTE certificate: there is no minimum score for admission to the MBA. The School may ask candidates to take their tests if the GMAT, TOEFL / IELTS or PTE score is not considered satisfactory, or if the candidate has not already taken the tests.

Step 4 - Selections Tests
If the submitted documentation is considered positively, it passes to the admission tests. MIB Trieste School of Management will contact you (via email and telephone) to invite you to the selections.
The tests take place preferably at the Trieste office; alternatively it is possible to request to carry out the tests at a distance.
The tests consist of:
- 2 Tests: verbal and numerical reasoning - duration: about 30 minutes for each test.
- Motivational interview - duration from 30 to 60 minutes (if remote: via Skype with the use of a webcam): part of the interview is held in English, to check the knowledge of the language.
There are no texts to prepare for admission tests, as the technical skills are not evaluated, but the ability to solve problems and critical reasoning.
The tests take place preferably at the Trieste office; alternatively it is possible to request to carry out the tests at a distance.

The admission to the MBA classroom of each candidate is evaluated by the Admissions Board.
The Admissions Board may include the Scientific and Academic Board representatives of the Master and the ones of the Admissions Office. The Commission can also include companies and institutions.
The final decision, together with the possible grant of a scholarship, is notified to the candidate within 7 working days at the latest.
The entire admission path, from online application to final decision, lasts an average of 15-20 days.
