At MIB Trieste School of Management, we offer a range of merit-based Scholarships, in collaboration with our partner companies. These scholarships can cover up to 100% or 70% of the tuition fees, depending on your qualifications. The reduction is directly applied to your Master’s program fees.
Choosing the right Scholarships
You can apply for up to 3 Scholarships, that cannot be combined. To improve your chances, we suggest selecting only the Scholarships that match your interests and for which you meet all the criteria.Applying
Scholarship applications must be made using the appropriate fields within the Application Form online:- Fill out the Application Form, and indicate which Scholarships (maximum 3) you're applying for.
- Use the Motivations section to explain why you’re the right fit for the Scholarships, highlighting your personal, academic, and professional achievements.

Awarding
Scholarships are awarded based on merit criteria and any requirements specified by sponsor companies.Feedback regarding the assignment is provided at the end of the selection process, along with feedback on admission to the classroom.
In assessing candidates, the Admissions Board considers:
- academic track;
- professional results;
- merit distinctions;
- the results of the selection process;
- leadership potential;
- quality and coherence of the motivations expressed;
- adherence to criteria indicated by sponsor companies.

Corporate partners provide full and partial merit-based scholarships to talented candidates who meet the specific criteria.

World - Assicurazioni Generali "Ermanno Pitacco" Full Scholarship
Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. offers a Full Scholarship covering 100% of the tuition fee (€25.000) for the Master in Insurance & Risk Management.
This tuition waiver is dedicated to the memory of Professor Ermanno Pitacco, who served as Director of the program from 2000 to 2022.

- Younger than 28 years old as of 31 December 2025. A waiver could be considered for candidates who obtained a PhD.
- Academic degree (at least Bachelor-level), preferably in Economics, Finance, Business, Management, or STEM disciplines.
- Motivation for pursuing a career in the insurance industry (as demonstrated in the interview)
- Good working knowledge of English (as demonstrated in the interview)
- Not being beneficiary of any other scholarship, sponsorship, award, or financial support for specialization courses by public or private organisations or companies unless the total combined value doesn’t exceed the total tuition fee
- Attending the Master full-time and in-person in Trieste
- Significant professional/business experience
- Digital skills (data analysis, data management, data visualization, coding, etc.)
- Other significant international experience (not necessarily acquired in business activities)

EU - Allianz "Ugo Irneri" Full Scholarship and Internship

Allianz offers a Full Scholarship named in honor of Ugo Irneri to be awarded to a recent graduate from EU Countries.
The merit-based Scholarship covers the whole tuition fee of € 25.000.
Additionally, the recipient of the Irneri Scholarship will pursue an Internship at Allianz Italia offices located in Milan or Trieste. A monthly allowance will be assured during the internship.
Requirements
- Academic degree (or equivalent qualification) preferably in Economics, Finance, Business, Management, or STEM disciplines
- Good working knowledge of English.
- Less than 27 years old as of 31 December 2025.
- EU Citizenship.
- A good knowledge of Italian language is considered an asset, and it is not mandatory.

EU - Assicurazioni Generali "Diego Sastre García" Full Scholarship and Internship
Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. offers a Full Tuition Waiver named in memory of Diego Sastre García to be awarded to a citizen of a member country of the European Union.
The full tuition waiver covers the whole tuition fee (€ 25.000).
The beneficiary of the full tuition waiver will have to carry out a 6-month Internship (from Mid-June 2026) at Assicurazioni Generali offices in Milan or in Trieste. A monthly allowance to assist with living costs, will be assured during the internship.

Borsa di Studio Totale a copertura del 100% della quota del Master in Insurance & Risk Management (€ 25.000), modalità full-time in presenza, offerta dalla Fondazione Mario Gasbarri - Alleanza Assicurazioni (Gruppo Generali).
La Borsa è stata istituita in memoria del dott. Giorgio Trombetta.

The School offers scholarships to candidates identified by the Admission Board as having strong growth potential. Scholarships are provided thanks to sponsor companies' contributions.
