Program Structure
The learning is equal across the two formats, and you can choose your own pace to complete it.
- 12-months full-time intense and fast-paced. 8 months of on-campus or online attendance, followed by an internship or other elective activities, and the final thesis.
- 2-years part-time, timeline and course line-up are customized: you will get advice from the MIRM Program Manager on optimizing your Master's schedule.
However, there is the possibility of following up to 30% of the sessions on-demand (recorded).
Application period to the 27th edition, starting on 1st October 2025, is open.
Management Skills
The approach balances technical knowledge and management tools, without requiring prior specialized training.
MIRM Phases
First Phase: Core Courses
The first phase of the Master's includes the mandatory Core Section, made up of the Compulsory courses.The program builds on five Areas:
- Fundamentals
- Insurance Business Management
- Insurance Actuarial Management
- Risk Management
- Business Innovation, featuring courses such as New Product and Service Development and Machine Learning for Business Analytics.
- Leadership Dynamics and Accountability Track
Second Phase: Elective Courses and Activities
After the Core phase, participants customize the Master by choosing some Elective courses according to aptitudes and aspirations in order to personalize their Master's study plan.
In addition, the program is customizable with various options:
- Company Internship
- Exchange Study program at one of the Business School partners
- Study Tours in Europe
Third Phase: Final Project
The program concludes with a Final Project on an insurance, finance, or risk management topic you select.
You can develop this project through your Internship experience or Elective activities, applying what you've learned to a real professional challenge.
