Company Interniship
The period of internship, which can be added to your Master's plan generally last from 3 to 6 months. MIB Trieste School of Management offers all participants the opportunity interview with sponsors and partner companies, to have practical experience with the company and how to approach the world of work.
In this phase, the role of sponsor and partner companies is decisive, as they can exercise priority on the choice of the candidates to be included in internships and subsequent long-term job proposals.
During the internship period, participants are supported by a company tutor and a School mentor who work with them both from an educational point of view and for goal setting and achievement.

Getting good results during the Master’s program is rewarding: the best candidates will be the first chosen by important insurance groups and companies in the insurance, financial and consulting sectors.

Partner Companies
Many MIRM students use the internship period to get experience in the company, but there are alternatives:
- Research or consulting project in collaboration with a company in the participant’s or the School’s network;
- Continue to study abroad at one of MIB's Business School partners including Rollins College in the United States or Lingnan College in China, for an Exchange Study Program.
