Assicurazioni Generali: Full Scholarship "Pitacco"

Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. offers the Pitacco Scholarship, a full-tuition award for the Master in Insurance & Risk Management, dedicated to the memory of Professor Ermanno Pitacco, who served as Director of the program from 2000 to 2022.

The Master Program

The Master in Insurance & Risk Management (MIRM) is EFMD Global accredited and ranked #5 worldwide in the Eduniversal 2025 ranking. Designed in partnership with industry leaders, the programme provides specialised management education across insurance, finance, risk management and consulting. Participants gain both technical and strategic competencies, access to a high-level professional network, and strong career prospects — whether entering the field or advancing within it.

Award Value

This Scholarship covers the full tuition fee of the Master program: € 27.000.

Mandatory Requirements

• Born in 1999 or later. A waiver could be considered for candidates who obtained a PhD.
• Academic degree (at least Bachelor-level), preferably in Economics, Finance, Business, Management, or STEM disciplines.
• Motivation for pursuing a career in the insurance industry (as demonstrated in the interview)
• Good working knowledge of English (as demonstrated in the interview)
• Not being beneficiary of any other scholarship, sponsorship, award, or financial support for specialization courses by public or private organisations or companies unless the total combined value doesn’t exceed the total tuition fee
• Attending the Master full-time and in-person in Trieste

Preferred Requirements

• Significant professional/business experience
• Digital skills (data analysis, data management, data visualization, coding, etc.)
• Other significant international experience (not necessarily acquired in business activities)
