Mandatory Requirements
- Attendance of the MIRM program at MIB premises, with any citizenship
- Younger than 28 years old as of 31 December 2025. A waiver could be considered for candidates who obtained a PhD.
- Academic degree (at least Bachelor-level), preferably in Economics, Finance, Business, Management, or STEM disciplines
- Motivation for pursuing a career in the insurance industry (as demonstrated in the selection interview)
- Good working knowledge of English (as demonstrated in the selection interview)
- Not being beneficiary of any other scholarship, sponsorship, award, or financial support for specialization courses by public or private organizations or companies unless the total combined value doesn't exceed the total tuition fee
Preferred requirements
- Significant professional/business experience
- Digital skills (data analysis, data management, data visualization, coding, etc.)
- Other significant international experience (not necessarily acquired in business activities)
