Assisteremo nei prossimi mesi all’inizio della ripresa post-pandemia e al rilancio della cooperazione internazionale?
Gli scenari politici ed economici internazionali saranno influenzati dalle scelte in politica estera della nuova amministrazione Biden, dalla capacità dell’Unione Europea di parlare con una sola voce e concretizzare le ambizioni del pacchetto Next Generation EU, e da come le azioni di Cina, Russia e Giappone ridisegneranno la regione eurasiatica.
Dialogo e antagonismo, potere militare e diplomazia, accordi green e crescita economica, energia e commercio internazionale: per preservare la pace e promuovere la prosperità, il mondo ha un disperato bisogno di un rinnovato approccio multilaterale che a sua volta necessita di un consenso ampiamente condiviso.
La Presidenza del G20 offrirà all'Italia la possibilità di guidare la comunità internazionale su questa strada.
Durante l’evento sarà presentato il Rapporto ISPI 2021.

Franco Bruni
Franco Bruni is ISPI Vice President. He is Professor Emeritus of Bocconi University, where he has been full professor of International Monetary Theory and Policy and member of the Board of Directors. He is Vice Chairman of the UniCredit&Universities Foundation. He is the Italian member of the European Shadow Financial Regulatory Committee. Author of many publications in the fields of Macroeconomics, International Banking and Finance, International Relations and Political Economy. He has been teaching in several international universities in USA, Shanghai, Sao Paolo, Sidney, Vancouver. He has also been President of SUERF - Société Européenne de Recherches Financières.

Antonio Villafranca
Antonio Villafranca is ISPI Director of Studies and Co-Head of the Europe and Global Governance Centre.
He is lecturer of International Relations at the Bocconi University (Milan). He is Senior Fellow at the Chongyang Institute of the Renmin University (Beijing).
At ISPI he has coordinated several research projects funded by Italian Institutions (such as the “Osservatorio di Politica Internazionale” of the Italian Parliament) and by the EU Commission and Parliament.
He has extensively published on global and European governance and on EU policies.

Stefano Pilotto
Stefano Pilotto, Head of International Relations at MIB Trieste School of Management.
He has studied in Italy, in the United States and in France. In 2010 he was awarded with a Honoris Causa Degree by the Institute of International Business Education of Moscow. At MIB Trieste he is Program Director of Origini Italia course and Professor of International Relations. He is Professor of History of International Relations at the University of Trieste. He wrote several articles on international politics and economics. He is lecturing in Italy, France, Spain, Poland, Russia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro and Slovenia.
