INSURANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT
Vittorio Magatti is a Senior Director and Actuary, leading the Property and Casualty (P&C) practice of the LoB named as “Insurance Consulting and Technology” for WTW in South-West Europe.
He has worked in the insurance market for 13 years.
His experience covers a relevant range of actuarial services. In 2009 Vittorio was awarded a BA from the University of Rome (“La Sapienza”) in Statistics and Actuarial Science. In 2015 he earned his PhD in Actuarial Science at the University of Rome (“La Sapienza”) and he occasionally works with the Sapienza, LUISS and UNICAL to organize seminars for students and post-grads.
His research activities include predictive models and machine learning applications.
In 2010 he became a fully Qualified Member of O.N.A. – Italian National Order of Actuaries and of ASTIN.
