INSURANCE
Antonia is a professional with solid experience in Corporate Governance, Compliance, Accounting and Audit in complex and regulated environments; she is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Auditor. She is a member of the Insurance Technical Commission at the OIC. She is also a member of the Steering Committee at MIRM, Master in Insurance Risk Management in Trieste.
She first pursued her career within the KPGM network till 2006 and then from 2007 to July 2015 she was in charge of the insurance sector in Mazars S.p.A.; since February 2016 she is Of Counsel of ADVANT Nctm. She leaded several consultancy team assisting Insurance group into IAS/IFRS first time adoption process and Solvency 2 implementation and assisted investors in accounting and business due diligence.
Currently, she is Chair of the BoD at BNP Paribas Cardif Vita S.p.A., and Independent director at Ariston Holding Nv and Interpump Group S.p.A., both listed at Milan Stock Exchange, Independent director ad BCC Vita SpA and member of Statutory Auditors Board of Italmobiliare S.p.A., an holding company listed at Milan Stock Exchange and member of Statutory Auditors Board of several non EIP companies; from April 2014 to April 2023 she has been member of the Statutory Auditors Board of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A.
She is Lecturer of “Life Insurance”, a course of the Master Degree in "Statistical and Actuarial Sciences" at University Cattolica of Milan.
