My professional journey has taken me through a variety of international industries, from manufacturing and design to security and lighting. Over the years, I have held leadership positions at companies including Jabil, Jacuzzi Europe, Foscarini, and dormakaba, before becoming Group CEO of L&S Group in 2019, where I have led the company's growth, international expansion, organizational transformation, and strategic development. A key milestone in my career was earning the Master in International Business at MIB School of Management, which equipped me with practical management tools and a strong global perspective. This transformational experience helped shape a more strategic mindset that continues to guide the way I lead organizations, navigate complex challenges, and create sustainable value through change and innovation.
