ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & DECISION-MAKING FOR BUSINESS
He is the Operational Director of Executive Master Programmes at MIB Trieste School of Management, where he oversees the operational governance and strategic development of executive education programmes, including the Executive MBA (EMBA) and other executive master's initiatives.
With over 15 years' experience in executive education, he is responsible for programme performance, quality assurance, financial sustainability, and market positioning. His work covers the entire lifecycle of executive programmes, including participant selection, faculty coordination, programme delivery, and the continuous development of the educational offering in alignment with market needs and organisation strategy. He also designs and delivers custom executive education programmes for companies, managing organisational needs analysis, the design of training interventions, and the delivery of learning activities.
Alongside his managerial responsibilities, he lectures in Generative AI and decision-making dynamics, focusing on the technical foundations of Transformer architectures, large language models, and the integration of AI into business processes. His teaching also covers cognitive conflict management and decision-making under conditions of information asymmetry, using Harvard simulations.
He holds a Political Science degree from the University of Trieste and has completed advanced Process Mining and Data Science training at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e).
He is an APAFORM/ASFOR certified evaluator (EQF Level 7) and serves on accreditation and reaccreditation committees, assessing MBA and specialised master's programmes delivered by leading business schools and corporate academies. He is also a member of the Scientific Committee of Startup Marathon, where he contributes to the evaluation and strategic development of emerging startups.
