OPERATION MANAGEMENT
Marco Pasquin, with a degree in Management Engineering, is a professional with more than ten years of experience in training and consulting in the field of Lean Management. As a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, he has supported companies of different sizes and industries in continuous process improvement, optimizing efficiency and quality.
He has managed around 200 Lean Management projects in an international context, addressing challenges in both manufacturing and service sectors. His experience ranges from the implementation of Lean methodologies in production workshops to the digitalization and reorganization of business processes in service organizations.
