Short Bio
LEADERSHIP DYNAMICS & ACCOUNTABILITY
Tim Baxter is the Associate Director of the MBA in International Business and a member of the Leadership Development area at MIB Trieste School of Management. He is also involved in training activities for all of the full time and Executive Masters courses.
His time is spent between the School and the corporate training environment, where he is involved in several on going international change projects for leading multinational organisations. His area of specialisation is Team Dynamics, Change & Transition and Intercultural Management.
