Leonardo Felician brings extensive leadership experience as CEO of prominent insurance companies including Genertel, Genialloyd, and Berebel, and was the founder of Direct Insurance in Italy.
Driven by a passion for profitable growth and exceptional customer service, he has earned multiple Customer Satisfaction Awards throughout his career.
As a restless innovator and disruptive thinker, he has authored numerous articles and textbooks on insurance and IT, while serving as a sought-after keynote speaker at international conferences.
Currently, he serves as Professor of Insurance Management at BBS-Bologna Business School and of Data Analytics for Finance and Insurance at MIB Trieste School of Management, as a member of MIB core faculty.
