Specialized Process Counseling Trainer, Gabriella Iacono works on HR relations and competences, such as interpersonal communication and group dynamics.
Educational coordinator and teacher in the Leadership Development Area of the Executive MBA program of MIB Trieste School of Management, she also works on individuals to achieve better competences consciousness. She collaborates also in sailing outdoor training activities.
Her teaching interest range from Personal Development & Career Coaching to Communication & Feedback, Teamworking &Teambuilding.
She is a member of S.I.co (Italian Counseling Society) and accredited trainer for the use of system evaluation (The International Profiler - Worldwork.biz) concerning the creation and the analysis of professional development.
