WINE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Pierpaolo Penco is a marketing and strategy expert for the wine and food industry, both as a lecturer and as a consultant.
He has a direct experience on the field by cooperating with wineries, DOP/PDO Consortia, producer associations, Chambers of Commerce, international consulting companies, with a focus on promotion, marketing, communication and PR, branding, tourism and territorial marketing.
He is in charge at the Wine Business courses by MIB Trieste School of Management, where he has been working since 2002, managing education projects for the wine industry, within which he holds several lectures.
Since 2007, he has been a professor at the School for Viticulture and Oenology of the University of Nova Gorica (Slovenia) where he teaches International Wine Marketing, Wine Tourism and Wine Consumer Behavior.
