Prior to retiring in 2022, Leonardo was Managing Partner and Chairman of McKinsey Mediterranean, a member of the Firm’s Global Client Council and part of the Strategy Masters group.
An Actuary by education, he joined the Firm in 1992 after several years of experience in the financial sector.
His expertise includes Strategy, Organization, M&A and post merger management, and Advanced Analytics.
Leonardo has been collaborating pro bono with MIB Trieste since 2004.
