Short Bio
RISK MANAGEMENT
Francesca Rossignoli is Associate Professor of Accounting at the University of Verona and Adjunct Professor at the Catholic University of Sacred Heart serving in the School of Banking, Finance and Insurance Sciences.
Currently she teaches at the Master “Compliance in Financial Institutions” and at the Master “Gestione Assicurativa: innovazione, sostenibilità e scenari internazionali” at the Catholic University of Sacred Heart.
She has obtained her Ph.D. in Accounting and Business Administration in 2011 from the University of Verona. She is CPA since 2012.
She has been visiting scholar at the University of Tennessee and at the Florida State University. She has been Adjunct Professor at the University of Padua in 2012-2014.
She has been teaching at the International MBA and at the International Executive at the CUOA Business School (2014 -2018).
Her main topics of research are:
- corporate governance
- financial reporting.
Her scientific papers have been published in several top international journals. She co-authored book chapters and articles published in professional journals and books of proceedings.
