LEAN THINKING
Jorge L. Larco is president of J. L. Larco & Associates, Inc. a consulting firm that provides domestic and international consulting services for manufacturing and service companies. A senior executive with years of industry experience, Jorge provides expertise in leading global companies and implementing Lean Enterprise techniques, turning around troubled companies and in development and implementing of successful business strategies.
Jorge L. Larco is uniquely qualified to help large and small companies. Born in Argentina and a US citizen by choice, Mr. Larco is quad lingual. He opened his consulting company in 1993. He has successfully led conversions to Lean Enterprise in such far-flung locations as Italy, France, Malta, UK, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, New Zealand as well as the United States and Canada.
Mr. Larco has also been responsible for designing and developing two electronic contract manufacturing facilities for a large customer that have been designed based exclusively on lean principles and practices, as well as new facilities in Poland, Australia and the USA.
He has a M.S. in Electromechanical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and he is a graduate of the Tuck Executive Program at the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth.
