This course delivers practical methodologies for identifying successful product ideas, developing concepts, and bringing them to market with compelling customer experiences.
You'll learn how cross-functional teams leverage different expertise throughout the innovation process and how corporations should organize to optimize NPD outcomes.
Through a combination of lectures, case studies, and an 8-week hands-on Project based on a real company brief, you'll practice translating customer needs into product specifications using tools like Customer Journey Mapping, KJ method, QFD, and the Pugh matrix.
The course addresses the complete innovation cycle from concept to market launch.
