Assicurazioni Generali: Full Scholarship "Sastre" & Internship

Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. offers the Pitacco Scholarship, a full-tuition award for the Master in Insurance & Risk Management, dedicated to the memory of Diego Sastre Garcia, participant of the 1st edition of Generali-MIB Master in Insurance Management, who has prematurely passed away.
The Scholarship is open to young graduates holding EU citizenship. 

The Master Program

The Master in Insurance & Risk Management (MIRM) is EFMD Global accredited and ranked #5 worldwide in the Eduniversal 2025 ranking. Designed in partnership with industry leaders, the programme provides specialised management education across insurance, finance, risk management and consulting. Participants gain both technical and strategic competencies, access to a high-level professional network, and strong career prospects — whether entering the field or advancing within it.

Award Value

This Scholarship covers the full tuition fee of the Master program: € 27.000.

Corporate Internship

The beneficiary of the full tuition waiver will have to carry out a 6-month internship (from Mid-June 2027) at Assicurazioni Generali offices in Milan or in Trieste. A monthly allowance to assist with living costs, will be assured during the internship.

Requirements

• Citizenship: Member country of the European Union
• Academic background: Degree in Economics or a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Actuarial and Statistical Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics)
• Language skills: Proficiency in English and one additional foreign language, in addition to the native language
• Born in 1999 or later
