Company Interniship
The internship program enables participants to apply their expertise in real professional settings, with placements ranging from 3 to 6 months. Participants enter a structured recruitment process with MIB's partner companies, which select candidates aligned with their business needs.
Partner companies have priority access to MIRM participants for internship positions, creating a direct pipeline to long-term career opportunities. This mechanism delivers tangible results: 71% of participants who completed internships converted them into permanent positions.
During the internship, each participant works with a corporate supervisor overseeing operational integration and an MIB mentor monitoring alignment between learning objectives and professional deliverables. Partner Companies
Many MIRM students use the summer period to get experience in the company, but there are alternatives:
- Research or consulting project in collaboration with a company in the participant’s or the School’s network.
- Complete an Exchange Study period at one of MIB's partner Business Schools
