This Corporate Master program is intended to become a best practice within the entire Allianz Group.
It is designed to give its participants a comprehensive understanding of current issues in the insurance business and risk management area.

It also dedicates considerable attention to developing personal skills and provides the basis for building and consolidating a network of interpersonal relations, where colleagues, faculty and past students all provide participants with the stimuli needed to continue the process of growth and sharing.
Learning Process
A high degree of true interaction between peers, tutors and lecturers. A well-balanced mix of on-line and off-line activities.
These are the key points of the learning process: a Blended eLearning experience, where on-line activities are intertwined with residential modules and other off-line activities.

The Master is supported by a state-of-the-art eLearning Platform which is fully customized to the program needs. The Master’s program is also reinforced by a series of residential modules.
ON-LINE ACTIVITIES

- Virtual classrooms: synchronous learning sessions of live on-line training with course teachers.
- On-line tutoring: synchronous sessions with tutors at fixed times, as support to learning during self study phase and supplementary e-tivities.
- Group work using the e-Learning platform to access to teaching material.

- Web-based self-training: individual training using web techolnologies; teachers and tutors can be contacted on demand

- Residential modules: full immersion residential plenary sessions: kick off (introduction, set learning objectives, lectures) and wrap up (draw conclusions, share knowledge, final evaluations)
