MIB Trieste School of Management and Allianz S.p.A. manage an innovative training initiative, aimed at preparing a new generation of young executives endowed with innovative skills.
It is a 2 years, part-time, management development program addressed to Allianz’s new recruits.
The program is a blend of on-line and off line/residential learning (Blended eLearning) and is taught entirely in English.

It is part of the Allianz Talent Program, which offers to high potential graduates the chance to get the two-year Corporate Master, fully paid by Allianz, while working as well as a permanent hiring contract after 1 year of internship.
