How to guarantee the continuity of a public service, in the immediate, in an emergency situation? RAI, the national public Italian television service,  manages to make 12,000 collaborators work remotely, in even 2 weeks: an exceptional result, the complexity of production and the needs of the professional roles to be met.

Particular and unexpected dynamics emerge: the level of commitment of individuals, the resilience of an organization much more agile than expected, the diversity of leadership relationships, the downsizing of the hierarchical structure with respect to values ​​such as trust and skills.
