Program structure
The program is based on four learning streams and a final project:
- General Management Core: Provides the foundational knowledge and skills of a traditional MBA program, including leadership, finance, and strategy.
- New Business Creation: Focuses on leveraging emerging technologies to create successful products and businesses.
- Venture Academy: Trains participants to assess, manage, and execute venture capital investments in early-stage companies.
- Deep Tech Business Models: Explores various business models and applications of Deep Tech technologies, such as AI, Lifesciences, Robotics, and the New Space Economy.
- Deep Tech Investment Proposal: Develop a detailed proposal for an investment in a Deep Tech-driven business, integrating the program's key learnings.
A WEEKEND FORMULA
The Executive MBA lasts 24 months:Classes are held 2 weekends/month (1 online) and include 2 residential weeks (one at the opening and one at the closing).
Class locations:
- 14 weekend sessions in Milan.
- 8 weekend sessions online.
- 2 residential weeks at the MIB Trieste School of Management.

The whole program will focus participants towards the development of a real start up and the Entrepreneurial Management Skills and Impact Project, with courses and collaborative projects that will give you hands-on experience in business innovation and leadership so you can boost your career.

Evolutionary Program
EMBAIN pedagogic model is both physical and digital.
LEARNING IN PRESENCE - 100% of the structured contents of the MBA are delivered in presence with the richness of the classroom experience.
OPERATING ONLINE - the curriculum is largely based on teams online action research using Online Collaboration Tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Citryx Go To Meeting, etc.)
The constant interaction among participant’s teams and lecturers will make program contents naturally evolve in line with the business environment, keeping contact with the state of the art of the technologies, along the whole length of the MBA.
