MIB School of Management has developed the Corporate Master in Insurance Management for Generali Group.
It is part of the Generali Global Graduate Program, a 18-month program aimed to attract high potential young graduates to Generali.
The participants are 20 young talents: Generali’s new recruits.

Curriculum
The Master in Insurance Management is a full customized program, taught entirely in English.
It's a blend of on-line and off line/residential learning (Blended eLearning) and it includes:
This management development program offers to the participants a mixture of technical, managerial and soft skills.
The main focus is on insurance business, insurance techniques and risk management topics.
A special attention is dedicated to leadership development.
It's a blend of on-line and off line/residential learning (Blended eLearning) and it includes:
- 2 IN-HOUSE RESIDENTIAL MODULES
to be held in the headquarters of MIB School of Management in Trieste, Italy.
- 2 DISTANCE MODULES
with on-the-job & off-the-job training and virtual on-line studies (including the final Project Work), will be delivered during the period of job rotations.

Generali Global Graduate Program
The Generali Global Graduate Program is a 18-month program aimed to 20 young international talents selected by Generali from 2500 applications.
The program will give participants the opportunity to learn and work in different business functions and experience international job rotations.

The Global Graduate Program will give a great start to the professional career of the selected participants and will help them develop knowledge, experience and network at Generali.
Essential part of the program is the Corporate Master in Insurance Management provided by MIB Trieste School of Management.
At the end of the program participants will join one of the Generali Group’s Companies.
