MBA: numbers are the key
Ambitious results are achievable with determination, commitment, perseverance and skill. Even with a bit of luck and timing, which never hurts.
At the 31st edition of the MBA in International Business, in the middle of the Covid pandemic, we have achieved a crucial goal, for our graduates and for our business school: a 95% placement rate within 6 months of graduation.
What was the work behind the scenes? Who are the protagonists of this result?
The talent of our Alumni is certainly the key ingredient. They worked hard, developed a personal approach to learning, were able to take advantage of all the opportunities that the School offers: simulations of interviews, optimization of cover letters, meetings with companies, identification of the correct personal branding strategies on the one hand and search for the best professional opportunities on the other.

It has been a complex and challenging year, but we have hit the mark! We were able to confirm some strategic partnerships: names such as Mars, Bic, Tenaris, GEB-Generali Employee Benefit have included MBA graduates in their teams, both in Italy and abroad. And there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the satisfaction of our Alumni, after an intense year of Masters and after having passed quite complex selection paths, which often see high skills competitors from different countries.
