The former Italian Ambassador in Soviet Union, Sergio Romano, Historian and Columnist among the most renowned in Italy, is the guest speaker of this meeting of MIB Lens – Management Live series.
Romano has just released a new essay on Russia (Process to Russia. A tale).
In 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic is overturning the global status quo and the world balance of powers will be probably redefined.
The USA have just chosen their President, China is launching a new challenge for the economic leadership, the EU is guaranteeing the financial support for the economic recovery and choosing a green transition.
But what about Russia? How is the biggest country of the world foreseeing the future? The Ukrainian crisis, the Middle East implications, the Caucasian war in Nagorno - Karaback, the energy transition, the Sputnik vaccine, the political troubles in Belarus. Sergio Romano will draw the present Russian scenario, considering Moscow one of the most important player in the definition of the new world balances.
Stefano Pilotto, Core Faculty in International Relations, will introduce the topic and moderate the Conversation.
