CORPORATE FINANCE
Gianni Zorzi teaches Corporate and Group Finance at the University of Udine.
He holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Trieste and his main areas of expertise are corporate finance and financial markets.
As a professional, Gianni leads the first independent financial advisory office in Udine and covers the position of chief compliance officer in modefinance, the first European fintech credit rating agency.
He is also involved in Horizon Europe programme as Independent Expert for the Research Executive Agency at the European Commission.
In recent years, Gianni has been teaching Risk Management, Corporate Finance and International Finance at the University of Udine and in MBAs, and held a position of board member at the European Association of Credit Rating Agencies.
His main fields of interest currently are ESG factors, Credit Risk and Credit Rating activities.
