ACCOUNTING AND CONTROL
Being an advisor for more than a decade, Federica Marini now possesses extensive experience in planning and management control. She has carried out numerous successful implementations of Managerial Control Systems or specific parts of them, both in the manufacturing and service industries. Since 2012 she has been working with Dyn@mika S.r.l. (Spin-off of the University of Trieste), a management consulting firm that aims to spread the culture of control in Italian SMEs, relying on a network of professionals of different fields. Currently, she holds the role of CEO of the company.
She collaborates regularly with well-known professionals and executives, supporting them in the development of economic and financial plans for both healthy companies and those involved in crises and bankruptcy. In this context, she frequently carries out company valuations and assessments for turnarounds, M&A and others business combinations.
She is a Lecturer in “Accounting” and “Planning and Control” at the University of Trieste. Since the beginning of her professional career, she has been a lecturer or T.A. in numerous training courses and conferences in the fields of Management Control, Accounting and Business Planning.
