Claudia Cassan is a senior executive with more than 25 years of international experience leading complex organizations, developing human capital, and driving business transformation.
After graduating with honors, she began her career in the banking industry before joining ManpowerGroup in 2001.
Throughout her career, she has held positions of increasing responsibility across sales, operations, and outsourcing solutions, gaining extensive expertise in labor market dynamics, workforce transformation, and talent attraction, management, and development. She has led multidisciplinary teams and transformation programs across several European markets, contributing to business growth while strengthening relationships with clients and candidates.
In 2015, she was selected for ManpowerGroup's global Emerging Leaders program. In 2021, she was appointed to lead the company's Recruiting Business across Northern Europe, and in 2022 she joined the Global Leadership Team.
Since January 2025, Claudia has led the Manpower brand across Europe, with responsibility for accelerating its growth and transformation while supporting organizations and individuals in navigating the evolving world of work.
