Luigi is a Managing Partner at Thinkeen® Global, which he founded Thinkeen® in 2013, and a Partner at Obloo Ventures. Thinkeen Global specializes in the valuation and management of medical technology startups and global commercial strategy for the Life Science industry.
Over the past 20 years, Luigi has held several international assignments with commercial and general management responsibilities in the biotechnology and medical devices industries across multiple global corporations. These included: VP, Northern & Central Europe for CR Bard, VP-GM, Emerging Markets LATAM at Baxter, Area General Manager for Poland & Russia at Baxter, and previous global marketing positions at companies such as LivaNova. Luigi has been awarded several corporate recognitions at the Global and European levels and was featured on Forbes for the results obtained. Luigi is the author of "De-Risking Investments in Medical Technology Innovation", published in 2026 by Springer Nature. Luigi has lived in the United States since 2007.
