Nicola Kleyn is a professor of Corporate Marketing and the Dean Executive Education at Erasmus University’s Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), where she is responsible for the delivery of all corporate, open and degree programmes delivered by RSM.
Before joining RSM in 2020, Nicola was the Dean of the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science in Johannesburg, South Africa for five years.
The Gordon Institute of Business Science is the only African school whose EMBA programme is featured in the Financial Times ranking.
Nicola Kleyn chairs the Accreditation Committee for the Association of African Business Schools and is a Board member of the CEEMAN board. She is also a member of the think tank, the global EYQ Fellows programme.
While Nicola’s formal area of expertise is in corporate branding and reputation management, she is an avid learner, curious sense-maker and committed to developing leaders across her new European context and her home continent of Africa.
