The MIB Trieste School of Management community expresses its grief and sadness at the loss of Prof. Claudio Sambri, Managing Director and one of the most important figures in the School's history and development, and is close to his family in this difficult time.
As a professor of marketing at the University of Trieste, he participated from the very beginning in the realization and establishment of MIB Trieste as a distinguished business school.
His special focus on nurturing strategic and financial ties with local companies and institutions was crucial in shaping the School's success.
Gifted with deep humanity and generosity, he continued to dedicate himself to his work until his final moments, setting an example of great responsibility and attachment to our School.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, 10 August at St. Giusto Cathedral at 11:00 a.m.
