The Graduates of this second edition come from four different countries—Italy, Guatemala, Russia, India, and South Africa—bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to the program.
Over the past two years, they have embarked on an intense and rewarding journey toward earning the prestigious MBA – Master of Business Administration. Their studies have covered core MBA disciplines such as Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and Organization, with a strong focus on Business Innovation, including AI, Design Thinking, and Robotics, as well as entrepreneurship and business model development.
Set in the Main Hall of Palazzo Ferdinandeo, the Graduation Ceremony marks an important milestone—a well-earned achievement to be celebrated among friends, family, and colleagues

On the occasion of the ceremony, MIB Trieste School of Management is pleased to welcome Daniele Calderoni Parronchi, Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at RINA, for the Commencement Speech.
Daniele Calderoni Parronchi
Daniele Calderoni Parronchi has been Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at RINA since 2024.
Previously, he co-founded Hyba Ltd and held leadership roles at Impresa Pizzarotti, Baker Hughes, and GE, driving innovation strategies, energy transition, and project management.
With over 16 years of experience in the international energy sector, he has served as Global & Key Account Director, Digital Sales, Integration Leader, and Services Execution Director. An expert in industrial and energy markets, he is known for his ability to build and strengthen strategic relationships.
He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Firenze and studied Management Engineering in Denmark. Additionally, he obtained Project Management certifications from Georgia Tech and PMI.
