The Executive MBA Graduation will take place in Trieste on Saturday, 7 November, marking the completion of the program for 39 managers and professionals. This year's graduates bring substantial experience to the classroom, with an average age of 42 and more than 15 years of professional experience across industries ranging from manufacturing and technology to finance and services.
Bringing Together Diverse Managerial Experiences
The graduating group includes professionals holding senior responsibilities in general management, industrial operations, business development, innovation, IT and financial management. This diversity reflects a defining feature of MIB's Executive MBA: the opportunity to learn from peers with different professional backgrounds, perspectives and responsibilities. Internationally accredited by AMBA – Association of MBAs, the Executive MBA is delivered in a part-time, weekend format across Pordenone and Trieste, allowing participants to pursue their studies alongside their professional commitments. The program covers strategy, finance, organizational management, innovation and leadership, combining academic learning with the exchange of practical insights and real-world business challenges drawn from participants' own professional experience.The ceremony will be held entirely in Italian.

Massimo Alvaro is an international CEO and business leader with more than twenty years of experience across industrial, energy and professional services markets. He currently serves as Area Executive and CEO Italy at DNV Business Assurance, with responsibility for strategy, governance, performance, customers and people. Previously, he held Vice President roles at Lloyd’s Register, leading businesses, global sales and international key accounts.He has also held senior leadership positions at Ansaldo Sistemi Industriali (now Nidec ASI) and Wärtsilä.
A Mechanical Engineer and Executive MBA graduate from MIB Trieste School of Management, he operates at the intersection of growth, transformation and people development.
As both a MIB alumnus and a member of the MIB Consortium, he sees management education not simply as a professional qualification, but as a place where awareness, courage and the capacity to lead change are built.
