The 28th edition of the Master in Insurance & Risk Management (MIRM) at MIB Trieste School of Management officially started, welcoming 41 new participants who join 15 second-year Part-Time participants continuing their studies.
56 participants, 20 countries represented, and a remarkable diversity of professional and academic backgrounds: these are the defining numbers of the new MIRM cohort, one of the School's established international programs.
An International Classroom Bringing Together Emerging Talent and Experienced Professionals
61% of the new participants come from outside Italy, representing countries across Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.With an average age of 29, the new cohort brings together participants ranging from 21 to over 40 years old, creating a learning environment where different generations, career stages and perspectives meet. Professional experience is equally diverse, averaging 5.3 years overall: 2.6 years among Full-Time participants and 9.2 years among Part-Time professionals.
Academic backgrounds are just as varied, spanning economics, finance, management, actuarial science, mathematics, engineering, law and other disciplines.
The combination of nationalities, expertise and professional experience is a defining feature of the MIRM learning environment. Beyond academic knowledge, participants benefit from exchanging perspectives, learning from one another and building connections that extend well beyond the classroom.
