Mario Petracco is Chief Strategy Officer at Nice SpA, a multinational company specializing in automation solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. He also serves as Chairman of Valcucine SpA, a leading manufacturer of high-end kitchens, and as President of Bioforest ODV, a non-profit organization dedicated to the regeneration of natural environments and the protection of biodiversity.
He focuses on strategic corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, leading initiatives that combine growth, innovation, and sustainability to create long-term value through the integration of ESG principles.
Mario holds a degree in Business Administration from Ca' Foscari University of Venice and an Executive MBA from MIB Trieste School of Management, where he strengthened his expertise in managing complex business growth and leading strategic corporate finance transactions.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions across finance and industry with leading Italian and international organizations, including TheNiceKitchen SpA, a group specializing in professional cooking and refrigeration systems; Gefim SpA, the holding company at the top of the Zambon Group ownership structure; Mediocredito FVG; and Raiffeisenverband Salzburg, the regional headquarters of the Raiffeisen banking group in the Austrian state of Salzburg.
