Giorgio Davidoni is an international HR executive with more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Talent Management.
After earning a degree in Law from the University of Trieste and an MBA from MIB Trieste School of Management, he built his career at Eli Lilly, where he spent 26 years in roles of increasing responsibility across Italy, the United States, China, and, most recently, as Head of HR for the SAMETA region (South Asia, Middle East, Turkey, and Africa), leading people strategies in highly multicultural environments.
Today, based in Dubai, he works as an advisor and mentor, supporting organizations and leaders in Change Management and human capital development.
MIB remains a defining milestone in his professional journey: it is where he learned to approach business with a truly international mindset.
