MIB Trieste School of Management is pleased to present an exclusive one-day workshop to explore the unique challenges of entrepreneurship within a corporate context.
The workshop focuses on the processes through which ideas are generated, shaped and advanced internally, considering both strategic direction and organizational conditions. Particular attention is given to the interaction between top-down alignment and bottom-up initiatives.
A practical approach to internal innovation
A perspective across different organizational contexts
For SMEs, the emphasis is on structuring ideas, prioritizing initiatives and making effective use of available resources.
For larger organizations, the workshop explores how to support internal initiatives while maintaining alignment with strategy, and how to reflect on governance, incentives and organizational conditions.
What you will learn
- Distinguish Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) and its internal opportunities from “start-up entrepreneurship”.
- Identify the “top-down” elements of a managerial “Brief” that aligns with the firm’s purpose and corporate strategy.
- Propose “bottom-up” initiatives that demonstrate the relevance of CE for an existing corporation and provide a roadmap for navigating corporate barriers.
- Evaluate the principles of a sound organizational intrapreneurial ecosystem.
