On Tuesday, February 24th, 30 participants will receive their Diploma from the third edition of the Corporate Master in Finance & Risk Management, in a ceremony held in the prestigious Salone del Palazzo Ferdinandeo, the historic home of MIB Trieste School of Management.

The Master is a tailor-made executive education program designed exclusively for Marsh, global leader in insurance brokerage and risk consulting: over 150 years of history, operations in 130 countries, and a team of more than 45,000 professionals.
The partnership with MIB Trieste was built around a clear purpose: strengthening the technical and managerial capabilities of talented professionals already working within the organization.

The third edition marked a significant milestone: the first delivered entirely in English, bringing together participants from multiple countries in a truly international learning environment.
The Graduation Ceremony will welcome Marco Araldi, CEO of Marsh Spa as guest speaker; MIB Trieste will be represented by Dean Andrea Tracogna and Federica Seganti, Master Director.

The program runs over 24 months, with 400 hours of part-time training across 11 modules. The curriculum moves from core risk management topics (finance, accounting, control, insurance and re-insurance) to broader managerial perspectives: strategic management, organization and HR, marketing, business ethics, and leadership.
Building on the strong results of the first three editions, Marsh and MIB Trieste have confirmed their partnership. The fourth edition is already underway, once again with an international cohort drawing participants from across different countries.
