A one-of-a-kind project that for 25 years has been building bridges across generations, enabling those who carry Italian roots to reconnect with their ancestors' culture and forge concrete professional ties with Italy's entrepreneurial fabric: Origini Course is more than a management training program, it is a life-changing journey of growth and rediscovery.
Five intensive months of training in Export Management and Entrepreneurial Development at MIB Trieste School of Management, followed by an internship with Italian companies: for the participants, selected through a rigorous selection process from hundreds of applicants, this is an experience that combines knowledge, cultural discovery, and professional opportunities, bridging Italy and their countries of origin across past, present, and future.
The program will cover essential management fundamentals over 2 intensive months, focusing particularly on export management, entrepreneurial development, and international marketing, with sessions led by MIB Trieste School of Management's Faculty.
The training will be followed by a 3-month internship with leading companies interested in developing projects with the participants' countries of origin.
This year, the Corso welcomes 27 young graduates with solid professional experience from Latin America, North America, Australia, and South Africa.
The project is realized thanks to the support of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia and ICE - Italian Trade Agency, under the patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
The funding covers all participation costs for the selected candidates.
